Two built-in thermistors detect a rapid temperature rise or threshold exceedance. They trigger an alarm when a rapid temperature increase or static temperature is detected. Heat detector modes — A1, A1R, A1S, B, BR, BS, C, CR, CS, or a fixed temperature2 — can be selected in an Ajax app. This approach ensures fast and accurate detection of flaming fires or heat build-up caused by smoldering, which is critical for timely response.
